Romantic Garden with Pond

An old, overgrown garden turned into a romantic garden with a pond. The new owners, a middle-aged couple, wanted a natural pond, a terrace near the house for 4 to 6 people and a secluded spot near the pond. A compost and a shed for the logs should also be integrated. The plants should contain native trees and plants.

My design is based on the use of natural materials and plants from the region.

The large terrace adjoins the house. A gravel path leads to a wooden terrace shaded by a pergola next to the pond. This gives shelter from sun and weather, additionally it offers a beautiful view of the pond.

Compost and log storage were created behind the house.
